I purchased a costumes for my two daughters.I called the store five minutes after I left asking them to check the price.

I thought it was 12.99 and I was charged 22.99. I was put on hold as someone said they would check. Nobody returned with an answer. This was from 3:26pm to 3:50pm.

I decided to hang up and call back. This time I was told they could not locate the costume. I explained where I got them and was told they were getting a manager. Put on hold again and left on hold till 4:15.

Hung up called back again and asked for the number to customer service only to be put on hold again. I just needed a simple question answered. It took 40 min with no answer. My purchases will be returned and I have still to hear back from them.

Very disappointing as if my time is worth nothing.

Will not shop at party city for a very long time.This is upsetting as I visit the the store often.
