When I received my order and realized I was missing the face mask from the costume set I ordered, I contacted customer service and they said they would ship the missing item out the next day. one week later, no costume, I contacted customer service again.

They said that they made a mistake and refunded me instead, so I would have to call and purchase the whole costume again. When I called the women was very rude and not helpful. She told me it wasn't her fault and they can't just sent the mask, so I have to pay for the whole costume again.

I asked to talk to the supervisor, she said she processed the request and then hung up on me. It has been 4hrs and I have yet to get a call back from the supervisor.

I am an employee at Party City...the phones disconnect all the time and so she probably could not get a hold of you. Stop and call back instead of writing a bad review.
