Unfortunately for our community, the store in Homestead has a very poor costumer service. They don't communicate their seasonal/non permanent policies clearly, and they don't offer the curtesy of listening to the costumers.

It is humiliating going to store and be treated the way the did to me. I left on the counter what i couldn't return, and it will be the last thing that I and my company will purchase from them.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Why should they be verbal about a policy that's clearly printed on your receipt. A little reading goes a long way.

And depending on what time of the year it is we're about sick and tired of talking to people about the same thing over and over and over again like a broken record when it's clearly printed on your receipt. The only issue here is that you didn't ask.
