I Recently purchased a Halloween costome while visiting Tampa Florida this weekend. Before spending 49.99 on it, I asked if i found that the costume didn't fit would I be able to return in my area.

The cashier explained that I couldn"t get a refund however, I could exchange it for a new costume. Well when I tried on the costume I noticed the zipper was broken. I immediately placed it back in its package with unopened accessories. Today i tried to ecchange it at party city off Youngerman Circle in Jacksonville Florida and was told no.

The young lady said her General manager would not authorize the exchange. Needless to say, I will no longer shop at party city and i recommend others to be aware of false information.
